Managing your Quomodo space
Tips and tricks
  • My page is full, there are too many notes.

Delete those you don't need any longer. Click "delete" in the note's top right corner.

  • My page is full, but I don't want to remove anything.

You can create a new interactive page. Follow these steps:
  1. click the "other pages" tab,
  1. in the scroll down menu select NEW PAGE,
  1. then select the "Free page" template.
    • Besides the interactive page, are there other ways to exchange information?
Yes. You can use a discussion page. A discussion page is like a forum: the discussion is structured, it shows in chronological order the messages that the members leave.
  • My page is full, notes overlap and hide one another, I don't want to delete anything, and I don't want another page.

Spread out your notes over more space. With the mouse, drag notes out of sight, towards the bottom by holding the top border, or towards the right by holding the left border. You can also use "SEARCH in the page" to display the list of the notes in the page, in chronological order.

  • How can I know who saw the note I've left?

Use the Notice smartnote. The Notice smartnote includes a "done" link. When a member clicks "done", you see it immediately.
  • Can I enlarge a note?

Yes. Click nearby its right border, then move the mouse to the right with the button depressed. You set the note's width, while the height adjusts automatically. You can reduce as well as enlarge the note.
  • One of the notes hides under another one, how to bring it back to the front?

Just click (or move) a note to bring in to the foreground. If a larger note hides it totally, move the large note first, or move its right border to make it narrower.
It depends whether the note's maker checked or not the "thumbnail" option for the image. If he didn't, stretch the note out by moving its right border: the picture will adjust to the note's width.
