The Projects
The smartnote Miniproject is the core tool of all the project pages, it is available in each of those pages.
Miniproject helps you organize all kinds of projects: your next trip, the new school year, your relocation, a child's birthday. Most important: you can involve the other members in managing a project.
Each participant can handle a project and program tasks for the others in the TODO area, follow the progress of the project in the HISTORY area, and store the pictures, files, and information related to the project.
The main other smartnotes of your projects pages depend on the nature of the project. For instance, to organize a birthday you will want use the smartnote Presents to effectively prepare a grouped gift.
Of course, as always in your Quomodo space, exchanges among members about a project, decisions or choices perhaps delicate, take place in a simple and consensual way thanks to the smartnote Leave a note, or to more specific smartnotes such as Questionnaire.
