About the smartnotes

The basic smartnote: "Leave a note"


The smartnotes are Quomodo's simple and convenient tools to help you do, alone or collectively, lots of things.

Leave a note is the Swiss Army knife of the first exchanges in your Quomodo space. Leave a note is like a Post-it® note (whence its yellow note icon): good to post in very little time a short message.

To leave a note:

1. click the icon: an empty text field opens,

1. click anywhere in the text field,

1. write your message,

1. click ok.

To edit or delete your message, roll the mouse over the text: the note's upper left corner displays edit while delete is in the upper right corner. The other members will see reply instead of edit: they can now reply to your message.

Leave a note makes messages which are at the same time:

• immediate: as the moment your click ok, all the members see your message,

• available at any time from any computer connected to the Internet,

• personal: the color of the note and text, the style, the size, and the font are up to you,

• including pictures - a picture may be the core of the message - or an image from the web, according to your mood,

• and the other members can reply, immediately or later on, as easily.
