About the pages

The other pages


When you create another page, you can:

• either freely create a new shared page the purpose of which is up to you,

• or use one of the preset thematic shared pages:

1. Photos and videos

1. Paperwork

1. Important documents

1. Shared budget

The new "free" (like in freedom) shared page offers the same smartnotes as the home page. The thematic shared pages offer specific smartnotes.

For instance, the smartnote Files, displayed in the "Paperwork" and "Important documents" pages, is useful for stowing data. The smartnote Miniproject, also in these pages, helps visualize scanned documents (ID documents, maps, forms, etc) or to jointly organize paperwork tasks.

The page "Shared budget" includes the smartnote Kitty which is excellent at computing how much each owes to the other.

You can also at any time use any of the other smartnotes: just click More smartnotes in the left menu.
