The subscription to Quomodo services generating the creation of a space is limited to people over 18 years old.
The profile and the subscription of a User can be terminated without warning if the age requisite is not respected.
The validation of the subscription constitutes the complete acceptance of the herein Terms of use. For this reason, the new Member should carefully read the terms before validating the registration. The data recorded by Quomodo in the website www.quomodo .com
Therefore, the User guarantees that all the information he provided for his registration to Quomodo, are true and accurate, by maintaining their accuracy, in accordance with the law n°2004-575 of June 21st 2004 for the trust in the numeric economy.
• II - Payment and payment termsFor all its transactions, Quomodo calls for the operator Paypal. It is one of the leaders of the online payment market in the world. This constitutes a security of its experience and the high reliability of its solutions.
Our products prices are indicated in euros, all taxes included. All orders, whatever their origins, must be paid for in euros.
Quomodo reserves the right to modify its prices at any time taking into count its legitimate interests. In such case, it will inform its customers by electronic mail at least two months prior. Each Member will then have the choice to keep using Quomodo. The continuation of the use of Quomodo at least ONE MONTH after notification of the modification, leads to the automatic enrolment to the new fee including in case of raise of Quomodo’s charges.
The special offer « 60 days free » starts with the subscription.
In case Quomodo would have to determinate the subscription of a Member who violated the Terms of Use and/or published an illicit Content in Quomodo website, the latter will not be entitled to any refund for partial month unused, or for any damages.
The payment of your purchases is made by credit card Visa or Mastercard, or on your Paypal account.
The price must be paid automatically by credit card following the payment procedure described by PayPal’s terms. The customer agrees to pay the full price and the related expenses to the product purchased, including taxes. Quomodo can change the price after notifying the customer
There is a charge subscription to Quomodo. The customer is sole responsible for the payment of the product purchased.
THE USER IS SOLE RESPONSIBLE FOR THE PAYMENT OF THE SUBSCRIPTION BY CREDIT CARD. QUOMODO IS NOT LIABLE FOR PAYMENT PROBLEMS RELATED TO THE USE OF ELECTRONIC TRADE SERVICE.
• III - Subscription terms and termination
Any partial month is due. The subscription to Quomodo is non-refundable and this even if the month is not over and was not entirely used. The subscription is automatically renewed until termination of your subscription or non payment of the customer. The customer can proceed to the termination of his subscription at any time by ending the direct debit directly on PayPal’s website. For safety, the data of the content of the space will not be immediately suppressed in case of non-payment and will be stored for a 3 months period, in order to allow the User to regularize the situation.
