Definitions
The terms of these Terms of use specify the legal terms to which Quomodo's users are subject, whether they are just "Visitors" (just surfing on Quomodo's website) or "Members" (registered on Quomodo).
TU : refers to the herein Terms of Use of Quomodo.
Account : refers to personal data relative to a User, including more particularly its ids which are necessary to access all Quomodo's functionality.
Quomodo Space : is a private website shared by members of a group, who access it with a personal id and a password. Virtual place where a group of people, who are related in life (cousins, friends, roommates, team, association,etc.), will be able to communicate privately
Content(s) : refers to information, data, texts, softwares, musics, sounds, photographies, images, videos, messages or any other type of elements likely to be posted by a User and accessible to the other users of the same space or, to a larger extent, by other netsurfers.
Ids : refers to the pseudonym (pseudo), as well as any confidential code or password picked by the User or attributed by Quomodo and enabling the User to identify himself and access Quomodo's services.
Subscription : refers to the online subscription procedure that the User must fill on Quomodo to acess the services. This subscription generates the creation of Ids and the User's account.
User : refers to any person using Quomodo's services and publishing Content and /or account holder.
